How trials, cancellations and refunds work for your subscription.

01Free trial
Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel before it ends without paying anything.
02Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals — you keep access until the end of the cycle you’ve already paid for.
03Refunds
If you’re charged for a renewal you didn’t intend, contact us within 7 days of that charge and we’ll review a refund for the unused period.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically settle within 5–7 business days once approved.
04Non-refundable cases
Partial periods after you’ve actively used the service for that cycle, and any applicable taxes or gateway fees, may be non-refundable.
05Tenant rent payments
This policy covers PGCRM subscription fees only. Rent and deposits you collect from residents inside the app are between you and your tenants; manage those refunds from the app’s wallet and refund tools.
